Journaling & Relaxing
One of the greatest tools of inner healing is journaling. After hearing a lecture or presentation people are encouraged to journal their thoughts and insights, which they can reflect back on at a later time and explore their behaviors and feelings. Then they have an opportunity to deconstruct those beliefs that are maybe holding them back from creating positive changes in their lives, or sabotaging themselves or their relationships.
But one of the best healing techniques is just kicking back and relaxing! Amid the sights, sounds and aromas of the magnificent gardens and vast grounds of the Retreat Center, you will notice a sense of great peace and even bliss when you allow yourself to just let go and relax!
